I understand that from time to time photographs, slides, audio and visual recordings and similar materials (PR MATERIALS) of me/my child may be taken or used by Wee Care Therapy, and authors, contributors and publishers to and of Tools for Tots: Sensory Strategies for Toddlers and Preschoolers™ and Tools for Infants: Sensory Based Strategies for Parents, Caregivers, and Early Intervention Providers™ materials, and each of their officers, employees, successors, assigns, heirs, and agents to be used for training, development of educational materials and programs, seminars, publicity, monitoring progress, and for other professional purposes. I therefore acknowledge that my child(ren), and myself who have registered may be included in these PR MATERIALS. 

I give my consent to the preparation and use of these materials, the right and permission to reproduce, copyright, publish, circulate, and otherwise use these materials fully and without payment. I understand that this is an unpaid participation, and that my child or family will not receive compensation for this participation. This release covers the use of said material in any form and in any medium of advertising, publicity or trade in any part of the world. Wee Care Therapy, and authors, contributors and publishers to and of Tools for Tots: Sensory Strategies for Toddlers and Preschoolers™ and Tools for Infants: Sensory Based Strategies for Parents, Caregivers, and Early Intervention Providers™ materials, and each of their officers, employees, successors, assigns, heirs, and agents have my permission to use, distribute, publish or prepare derivatives of (and to permit others to use, distribute, publish or prepare derivatives of) these PR MATERIALS without restriction. This release includes a full release of liability and claims by us arising out of or relating to the preparation and use of these PR MATERIALS. This irrevocable release constitutes the entire agreement with participant and cannot be changed orally.

I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, hereby sell, assign, and transfer to Wee Care Therapy, and authors, contributors and publishers to and of Tools for Tots: Sensory Strategies for Toddlers and Preschoolers™ and Tools for Infants: Sensory Based Strategies for Parents, Caregivers, and Early Intervention Providers™ materials, and each of their officers, employees, successors, assigns, heirs, and agents all my rights, title, and interest in and to all reproductions taken of me/my child by Wee Care Therapy, and authors, contributors and publishers to and of Tools for Tots: Sensory Strategies for Toddlers and Preschoolers™ and Tools for Infants: Sensory Based Strategies for Parents, Caregivers, and Early Intervention Providers™ materials, and each of their officers, employees, successors, assigns, heirs, and agents. This agreement fully represents all terms and considerations, and no other inducements, statements, or promises have been made to me.
