Her formative years were filled with enriching experiences, attending events with her brother and his peers, accompanying him to therapy sessions, and dedicating her time as a high school peer tutor in his classroom. This early immersion shaped her unwavering commitment to making a difference in individual lives. Her quest for excellence began at Purdue University Northwest, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education in 2016. She then embarked on a fulfilling teaching career in the public school system, where she nurtured the talents and potential of her students with care and dedication. Her thirst for knowledge led her to pursue a Master’s degree in educational psychology, supplemented by a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In 2020, she proudly earned her BCBA certification, solidifying her expertise in the field. As BCBA, she honed her skills working with children and young adults spanning from Kindergarten to High School, enriching their lives through the power of ABA. She firmly believes that collaboration and teamwork are the cornerstones of successful therapy. Meet Carly, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who brings several years of experience working with autistic children. Her academic journey, began with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Early Childhood Education from Indiana State University in 2012, and progressed to a master’s degree in psychology specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Capella University in 2018. Her education and experiential background have equipped her with a versatile skill set. In both clinic and home settings, Carly has spent the last several years dedicated to enhancing functional communication skills, nurturing social interactions, and assisting families in managing behaviors effectively. She works collaboratively with the whole therapy team and considers each child’s individual strengths and needs. Her approach is characterized by energy, positivity, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families. Meet Lexi! Lexi has been a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2022. After earning her bachelor’s degree in applied health sciences from Indiana University in 2023, she set her sights on furthering her expertise with graduate studies in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her journey into ABA began with an impactful internship in the summer of 2024, but her dedication to helping children started much earlier. Since 2018, she has been teaching swimming lessons, honing foundational skills for pediatric behavior therapy. Lexi has a remarkable talent for working with children with autism, focusing on enhancing their communication, social, and play skills. She finds immense joy and fulfillment in watching her clients grow and make strides over time. Her positive and energetic attitude creates a warm and supportive environment, making therapy sessions both effective and enjoyable. Outside of her professional life, she cherishes time spent with family and friends, maintains her fitness with regular workouts, and loves exploring the great outdoors.
